Pieces of dried porcini mushrooms with an intense aroma and an o white and brownish colour. To keep the natural fragrance of these mushrooms intact they are packed in packets. Once rehydrated only a little of the product is needed and for this it o ers a high yield. It is perfect in savoury pies, in first and second courses and as a precious ingredient in pizza toppings.
